We offer a 21-day returns window, meaning you may request a return within 21 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Sale & Promotional Items

Standard sale items purchased online are eligible for return within the same 14-day window, provided they meet all original condition and packaging requirements. (Note: Custom or made-to-order pieces remain final sale and cannot be returned).

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the item is safely returned to the designated address. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will then confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
