We currently ship within the UK. For bespoke products we ship worldwide. We offer free shipping for orders over £150.

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days. Please note that under certain circumstances, such as peak periods or unforeseen delays, delivery may take slightly longer.

We offer a 21-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@vinidec.com and we will provide full instructions on where to send your item.

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged (not as a result of daily use, chipping, scratching, or accidental damage). If you simply change your mind, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in a condition consistent with its quality at the time of sale. All within the return period.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Please allow up to 14 working days for the funds to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 15 working days, please contact us at contact@vinidec.com.

Every Vinidec creation is a testament to centuries-old heritage techniques, requiring mindful preservation to maintain its pristine, high-gloss lustre. For routine cleaning, sweep a dry or marginally damp microfibre cloth across the surface. Never use abrasive papers, coarse sponges, or chemical glass cleaners, as these can dull the brilliance of the finish.
