Each ice bucket also comes with a matching ice tong, so it’s ready to use for serving straight away.

Please note that a small vent hole is present on the underside of the ice bucket as part of the manufacturing process. This allows trapped air to escape while the insulating material is fitted into the body, helping the insulation settle correctly. It is an intentional production detail and not a sign of damage or a fault.

Every Vinidec creation is a testament to centuries-old heritage techniques, requiring mindful preservation to maintain its pristine, high-gloss luster. To care for your piece, we include a soft microfiber cloth with every product. For routine cleaning, gently sweep this cloth—dry or marginally damp—across the surface. Never use abrasive papers, coarse sponges, or harsh chemical cleaners, which can dull the brilliance of the finish. We recommend putting a placemat down for hot dishes.
SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer a 21-day free returns window, meaning you may request a return within 21 days of receiving your item. Simply contact us at contact@vinidec.com, and we will take care of it for you. Returns are completely free. Simply email us with your order number, and we’ll provide a complimentary return label to send your item back. Please note that sale items and bespoke or customised orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
