Each VINIDEC piece is created using carefully selected materials and finished by hand to achieve its smooth, high-gloss surface. Our lacquerware is coated using certified water-based finishes, chosen to reduce reliance on solvent-heavy coatings while still delivering the depth of colour and reflective finish that defines the collection.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Every Vinidec creation is a testament to centuries-old heritage techniques, requiring mindful preservation to maintain its pristine, high-gloss luster. To care for your piece, we include a soft microfiber cloth with every product. For routine cleaning, gently sweep this cloth—dry or marginally damp—across the surface. Never use abrasive papers, coarse sponges, or harsh chemical cleaners, which can dull the brilliance of the finish. We recommend putting a placemat down for hot dishes.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer a 21-day free returns window, meaning you may request a return within 21 days of receiving your item. Simply contact us at contact@vinidec.com, and we will take care of it for you. Returns are completely free. Simply email us with your order number, and we’ll provide a complimentary return label to send your item back. Please note that sale items and bespoke or customised orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
